What is BiblioBrew?

BiblioBrew is a UK-based coffee company that helps you craft your perfect cup. We’re here to take the guesswork out of flavour, so you get a consistent, reliable brew — made to match you.

Customisation

How does the customisation work?

To create your blend, join our Brew Circle by signing up via email or messaging us on social media. You’ll be invited to a space where you can share your preferences — and we’ll take it from there. You tell us what you like; we make it.

Can I reorder the same custom blend?

Yes — once your blend is created, it’s kept on file and always available to reorder.

Do you offer pre-made blends?

Yes — we also offer a selection of house blends if you want something ready to go or need inspiration.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK, stay tuned — we’re working on it.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is £3.50. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

 

Coffee Quality & Sourcing

Where do you source your coffee?

We work with trusted UK-based roasters and importers who focus on ethically sourced, high-quality beans. Everything we use is selected for flavour, freshness, and consistency.

 

Orders & Subscriptions

Can I subscribe to my custom blend?

Yes — you can set up a subscription for regular deliveries at your preferred frequency.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Always. Log into your account to adjust, pause, or cancel anytime.

Can I gift a blend or subscription?

Yes — gifting options will be available at checkout soon.

We roast your coffee just before shipping to ensure maximum freshness! Our packaging is designed to keep beans fresh for weeks after delivery.

How should I store my coffee?


Store coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid refrigerating or freezing your coffee as it can affect flavour.

What is your return and refund policy?


We want you to love your coffee! If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
